  • The Driver:  Roast turkey breast, smoked ham, crumbled bacon, Wisconsin cheddar on an Asiago foccacia roll.
  • Grilled Vegetable:  Roasted red pepper and portobello mushroom grilled with fresh asparargus, fresh spinach and artchoke heart, parmesan Swiss spread on a focaccia roll. 
  • All sandwiches include pasta salad, whole fruit, potato chips, cookie, and soda or bottled water, an are packed with condiments and utensils.

  • Prosciutto Chicken Fontina:  Sauteed breast of chicken is accented with Italian prosciutto ham, glazed with creamy fontina cheese and accompanied by Marsala cream, three cheese ravioli, fresh brocoli and Roma tomatoes.
  • North Atlantic Haddock Polannaise:  Tender white fillets enhanced with lemon butter and finished with toasted panko, egg onion crunch and accompanied with creamed spinach and artichoke four cheese ravioli and marinated Roma tomato.
  • Roasted Top Sirloin:  Ultra slow roasted medium top sirloiin is layered over caramelized garlic-scallion mashed potatoes, draped with port wine demi-glace and accompanied by glazed green beans and carrots.
  • Vegetarian Meal:  Creamed Spinach and Artichoke Five Cheese Ravioli and Bell Peppers.
  • All dinners come with soup or salad, choice of selected dessert, warm artisan rolls, butter, coffee, tea or milk.

SATURDAY MORNING BREAKFAST- $20.00 (Buffet Style)
