Optics for Teachers

In this course, we dive into the nature of light! Topics include reflection and refraction, lenses and mirrors, interference and diffaction, color, and optical instruments. We will also deepen our understanding of rainbows, telescopes and the human eye.

Science education videos and research articles will be used to illustrate and discuss student learning difficulties in optics.
