The Wisconsin Society of Science Teachers publishes its newsletter to approximately 2,000 members and other interested parties five times per year. The newsletter contains information designed to promote the improvement of science education in Wisconsin. This includes professional development opportunities, annual WSST convention information, awards and other helpful news.

Submitting Items to the WSST Newsletter:

Copy and graphics must be submitted to the Editor by deadline in order to insure being included in the following newsletter issue. Please note: sending copy via e-mail as text or MS Word document preferred.

2011-2012 Newsletter Deadlines:

• Fall Newsletter: Friday, September 16, 2011 (Conference Call for Presenters and Information, Election and Award Nominations)
• Winter Newsletter: Friday, November 18, 2011 (Conference Information)
• Spring Newsletter: Friday, January 6, 2012 (Election Ballot, Conference Registration)
• Summer Newsletter: Friday, April 6, 2012 (Conference Summary, Award and Election Results) NOTE: This will be a digital issue only

(Most issues should be released within 3 weeks of the deadline)

Advertising Information and Rates:

• Full page ads: $250
• Half page ads: $150
• Quarter page ads: $75
• 1" Bottom page banner: $40
• Business card: $25

(10% discount on 2 or more of identical ad in current volume)
