Calling all K-12 Educators to join us on Wednesday, July 19 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM to learn about


The event will be held at the UWM School of Freshwater Sciences. Lunch is included in this complimentary, in-person professional development session. An optional tour of the UWM Freshwater Sciences will be from 2:00 to 2:30 PM! Details:

  • Discover water curriculum, activities, and resources available for your K-12 classroom.

  • Hear about career opportunities in the water industry for your students from various presenting organizations.

  • Optional! Tour the UWM School of Freshwater Sciences at the end of the program from 2:00 to 2:30 PM. It is located on the shore of the world’s largest freshwater ecosystem. You won’t want to miss this tour! Learn more at https://uwm.edu/freshwater/.
